Step by Step of How Best to Use!

Start by laying the mat over the grill grates approx 7 inches from the flames. DO NOT place directly on the charcoal. Our copper grill mats are also super easy to cut to size so you can use them for any shaped pan, grill, and tray.
Step2
No need to use any oil, simply place your food on top of the grill mat. When the use time exceeds 30 minutes, the maximum temperature cannot exceed 260F. When used for a short time, the maximum temp cannot exceed 500F.
Step3
Once you've finished grilling, our mats can be easily wiped clean or put in the dishwasher. Avoid scratching the mat with sharp or metal tools, cool it before cleaning and dry with a soft cloth.
