I just purchased this 3-in-1 Physiotherapy Tens machine on Friday. It was prescribed by my doctor and purchased from Aspen Health. I took it out today to charge up but have not used. I just heard back today from Sunlife that I am not covered for this device and all sales are final. I cannot afford this so just trying to get some of my money back. I bought the highest end model that offers Tens stimulation, EMS and Massage settings. This is USB chargeable so no hassle with batteries. Comes with the charging cord, pads, cords and a carrying case. Was 0 with GST
