Ultra Sound-Electric Stim physio-Therapy unit by Amrex.  model 210E/HV716---serial number 27901  Clean--damage-free condition.   fully functional.   All functions operate as designed.   The Amrex technician once told me that this unit was one of the strongest and most dependable  US & Stim  machines they ever built.  I can say that it is.  It has a 2 inch diameter ( 10cm) sound head wand, that can deliver high-volt stim  and up to 20 watts of  ultrasound in combination (
MOST UNITS DELIVER ONLY 3.2 TO  10 WATTS THESE DAYS). THIS ONE OF THE BEST HIGH OUTPUT PROFESSIONAL ULTRASOUND DELIVERY SYSTEMS EVER BUILT WITH 20 WATTS OF POWER.
It comes with all accessories---four HV pads.and large dispersal pad, and two weighted sandbags, and all cables and connectors.. Ultrasound has constant and interrupted mode, and the HV stim has steady ,  recipracal  and surge modes with pulse speed adjustment for both the pads or the sound head    .Ultrasound and H.V. can be delivered in combination or either one seperately thru the sound head.. (works as designed)  Always maintained and serviced by Amrex-Zetron tecnical Division, all wires, pads and connectors have been replaced and upgraded over the years.  I am a retired Chiropractic physician selling the last of my office equipment.   This unit was always professionally operated and maintained.  Come with  instructions and Amrex-Zetron maintenance information.
