ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Record is in Good+ condition with a scratches and scuffs. Scratches and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I cannot feel any of the scratches, or scuffs. One label has worn place around the record hole. . Front and back cover are in Good- condition with heavy wear especially on the corners and heavy ringwear and scratches. There are several wrinkles/creases on the front and back of the cover There is a sticker on the back of the cover. . 4 corners have been bent. Both sides of the inside of the gatefold cover are in Good- condition with wear especially on the corners and ringwear on the front and back of the cover . There are several wrinkles/creases on both sides of the inside of the gatefold cover. Photo Book is in Good condition with wear especially on the corners and ringwear . There are several wrinkles/creases on the front and back of the book. Some of the corners of the bottom of the pages have been bent. Ad for Elvis book is in Good condition with wear especially on the corners and ringwear . There are several wrinkles/creases on the front and back of the ad sheet. Copy of agreement letter is in Good condition with wear especially on the corners and ringwear . There are several wrinkles/creases on the front and back of the some of the pages of the copy of the agreement letter.
Record will be sent in a polysleeve between two filler pads.
