Description

Grill like a pro with the Kai Pro 5-Piece BBQ Set. It includes the Kai Pro Boning and Fillet Knife, Asian Multi-Prep Knife, Cleaver, and Slicing Knife. Use the boning and fillet knife to separate meat from bone. Use the Asian multi-prep knife to break down poultry and as a general prep knife. Use the cleaver for larger cuts of bone-in meat. The slicing knife has a long narrow blade and rounded tip for slicing larger cuts of meat. This set also includes blade guards for each knife and a knife roll for safe transportation.
The Kai Pro collection features hand-sharpened 16-degree double-bevel blades stamped from Japanese AUS6M stainless steel for corrosion and wear resistance. Full tang construction offers strength and balance, and the comfortable POM handles are triple-riveted.
