Condition: This is a very hard to find Riverside Vaseline Petticoat Hat toothpick holder with gold decoration . It is the only one that could be located with the gold on the center of the hat and on the footed base. The gold is very strong. The holder has no cracks, chips, hairlines or other defects that we could find by feel or sight. It measures 2 12" tall at the flared rim. The rim across measures approximately 2 3/4" wide.
